Rather than clogging up your inbox or relying on complicated CRMs, PubReady uses Trello for sharing documents. Trello is a web-based project management tool that is free to use. When you become a PubReady member, we will create a ready-to-go Trello board for your company and invite you to join. All you need to do is create a free Trello account and login to start uploading requests.
After purchasing your PubReady membership, you will receive an email invitation to join your Trello board within 1 business day.

You will receive a thorough edit for language, spelling, and grammar as well as structural editing to enhance readability, clarity, and flow. This includes flagging unclear text, suggesting possible alternatives, ensuring smooth and logical transitions, etc.
Stylistic changes will largely be avoided to preserve the author's voice unless they significantly improve the readability of the text.
Files will be edited using the Track Changes tool and may contain comments if clarification is required.
Please note that an edit is not a rewrite; if significant rewriting is required, this will be communicated in the form of comments throughout the document.

No, your documents are strictly confidential and will not be uploaded to an AI server. All your work is edited by a real human with both research and medical editing experience.

We understand that you may not have enough editing work to fill up an entire month. That's where pausing your membership comes in handy.
Our memberships are based on a 31-day term. Let's say you use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your membership. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 11 days of service remaining to be used at anytime in the future. These days never expire, so you can reactivate your membership whenever it suits your needs.Cancelations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your membership after 20 days, you will continue to have access to editing services for the remaining 11 days of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your membership will not be renewed and you will lose access to your Trello board.

New members will be able to request a refund within 72 hours of receiving their first edited file by emailing hello@pubreadyscience.com. We must receive your request within 72 hours of your first edited file being uploaded to your Trello board. This is to give you a risk-free opportunity to experience the quality of the service and ensure your satisfaction. There will be no extensions to the refund window.
After the refund window has closed, you can still pause or cancel your membership at any time.
